• Payment must be tendered with the order and orders will only be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

• If your item is not in stock, you will be notified and given the option to either place a back order or cancel your purchase.

• All item details are subject to change including prices. Notification of any relevant changes will be supplied to the buyer upon receipt of order.

• Please check information on personalised products carefully. We cannot be held responsible for any errors. Personalised products cannot be exchanged.

• Initially Yours Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order.

• Claims in respect of faulty products must be notified within 3 months of purchase. No refunds will be given for later notifications.

Delivery UK Mainland

• Rates are charged on individual products according to weight and size of package. These charges will be shown before completing checkout

• Rates will vary from 75p to a maximum of £7 for deliveries to one address when delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post. We will always obtain a proof of postage.

• Recorded delivery, Next Day Delivery and Guaranteed Saturday Delivery will incur an extra charge. These charges will be shown before completing checkout and will only apply to orders received by midday. Please note a signature will be required.

• Do not assume a calling card will be left by Royal Mail. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days of despatch please check with your local Royal Mail Office before contacting us.

• It may not be possible to despatch personalised products by Next Day or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery. Please contact us if you require your item urgently as special arrangements may be possible.

• You will be able to choose your preferred delivery service before completing checkout.

Delivery Overseas Customers

• Rates are charged on individual products according to weight and size of package. These charges will be shown before completing checkout.

• Goods will be despatched via Air Mail Service or ‘Signed For’ Air Mail Service.

• You will be able to choose your preferred delivery service before completing checkout.

• If total weight and size of goods exceed Royal Mail specifications we shall contact you to make special arrangements where possible, and inform you of any extra charges that may be applicable before your payment is accepted.

• If unsure of delivery service or charges please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged Goods

• Should your goods arrive damaged you must notify us within 3 working days. Upon receipt of the returned goods a replacement or refund will be offered.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 working days for an exchange or full refund. Returned goods must be in a complete resalable condition.

• Personalised products cannot be exchanged.

• Please retain your proof of posting, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
